Each year, the SMRC working with East Fremantle, Fremantle, Kwinana, Melville, Northam and Gingin Councils, sends residents an updated Resource Recovery Calendar, which includes information on bin collections, and a detailed A-Z list of what items can be placed in the yellow-topped bin.
