Team Leader

We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee our teams of Sorters and Machine Operators at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Food Organics and Garden Organics Processing Facility (FPF). We recover materials from kerbside bins for reuse in product manufacturing. 

• MRF/FOGO Team Leader: Mon & Tues: 2:00pm – 10:06pm, Wed: 8:00am - 4:00pm & Thur-Fri: 6:00am – 2:06pm. 
  
  

About you:

• Valid WA ‘C’ Class drivers’ licence.
• Facial hair must be maintained to fit within the seal of a P2 dust mask. 
• Must be physically fit to perform manual tasks that involve pulling, stooping, squatting and standing.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical + drug and alcohol test.
• Demonstrated team leader experience in a manufacturing or an operating plant environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
